GENERAL

Do you do commissions?

I actually don't do commissions for a couple reasons. The first is that, with experiences in the past, I've found that once I start creating for someone else, the passion just isn't all there, and I don't want to put stuff out into the world that my heart wasn't fully in during the making of. Second, it's hard to work on commissions while trying to build up stock with my own pieces when chasing two little ones around. So any free time I get to work on my embroidery goes towards pieces that are on my own personal list.


Do you offer PDF patterns of your work?

Each of my pieces are one-of-a-kind and most involve many layers of different techniques, and for that reason, in addition to wanting to maintain their originality, I don't offer patterns of my work.


Will you participate in a craft fair or pop up shop?

Although I love supporting small businesses, at the moment, I'm not really pushing to promote my work in that way. Currently, I'm happy with things as is (it's less pressure and helps preserve the joy of actually making the pieces).


Are you interested in purchasing ad space on our blog or in our magazine?


Although I appreciate the advertising offer, and thank you for reaching out to me, I am unable to partake in any paid ad promotion at the moment. If you would still like to feature my work on your blog or in your magazine, I am more than happy to permit the use of my images, but please request that I be properly credited and linked.

What forms of payment does this shop accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments, all available through PayPal.


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?


No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase from Oh Leander. At checkout, you are able to pay with any of the above listed options, without being obligated to sign up for anything.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

I make every effort to ship your items within 1-2 business days after purchase. Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes and no. All prints can be shipped internationally, but my original embroidery pieces (sold through my Instagram page) are only shipped domestically.

For prints: I ship First Class worldwide from the United States, using USPS. Please be familiar with your country’s Customs Regulations. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed beyond the US postage that I pay when shipping. 

For original pieces: There are various reasons why I only ship domestically, but what it comes down to is that I feel there are too many factors that can lead to delays in transit, or a piece getting damaged along the way. When shipping domestically, I feel I have a better sense of where the item is in transit, and the peace of mind that it will reach the buyer safely.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, US orders take anywhere between 2-4 days to reach their destination, and International delivery typically takes about 1-2 weeks, not including the extra time if package is held up in customs.

All sales are final.
